Riverwood Estates is a deed restricted 55+ retirement community located in East Naples, Florida.  It is a unique Mobile/Manufactured Home community with 281 individually owned residential lots.  Riverwood's development began in the 1970's and continued into the late 1990's.  It is bordered on the north by Henderson Creek which provides access to the Gulf of Mexico for Riverwood residents via a private community owned boat launch.

 

Although there is no community swimming pool, a private members only entity, Crosscreek Pool & Social Club, Inc. operates a pool and social club for its members.  Memberships are periodically available for purchase by Riverwood residents.

 

The community is managed by a volunteer residents Board of Directors of Riverwood Estates Homeowner's Association, Inc. with the assistance of Advanced Property Management Services, Inc.
